At Mkaira, we create premium custom boat shirts, gamefishing shirts, and custom yacht apparel with precision and care. Every garment is made to order, and quality takes time.

Production Time
All custom orders have a production timeframe of up to 6 weeks from the date of artwork and order approval. This ensures every detail meets our high standards.

Shipping
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using a trusted carrier. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Australia: Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Delivery time varies by destination and carrier but typically ranges from 7–21 business days.

Worldwide Shipping
We ship globally. If you’re ordering from outside Australia, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your local government. Mkaira does not cover or control these fees.

Mkaira Returns Policy – Faulty Custom Garments

At Mkaira, we take pride in producing premium custom gamefishing shirts crafted with precision and care. Each order is thoroughly checked before dispatch, but if you believe there is a fault with your garments, we’re here to help.

Reporting a Fault
All discrepancies or faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@mkaira.com with your invoice number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault.

Assessment and Resolution
Once we receive your report, our team will assess the issue. If the garments are deemed faulty due to manufacturing error, you will be entitled to either:

  • A remake of the affected garments, or

  • A refund, at Mkaira’s discretion.

Please note:

  • This policy applies strictly to faulty garments, not to issues related to sizing, colour variation, or change of mind.

  • Custom garments cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

  • Garments must be unworn and unwashed (except where fault was only evident after wearing).
